    What size am I?

    You can use our size and fit chart to determine the correct size for you. We have sizes available from S up to 4XL. You may also email or call us and to talk to one of our Customer Service Team at 1-800-922-0352. We will be pleased to assist you.

    Hot ShapersTM really works?

    Hot Shapers are very effectives, and for better results we recommend you to wear them every day even if you are not exercising; the most you use your Hot ShapersTM the better result you’ll get. Also, we suggest that wearing Hot ShapersTM shall be complemented with a healthy diet and good hydration. Please see How it works.

    What are the pants made of?

    Hot Shapers are made of Neotex smart fabric that increases core temperature during excercise, sports, walk, run, baby walk, at home or any physical activity. Please see our video What's Neotex.

    How do I wash my Hot Shapers?

    It is recommended to wash it after each use, particularly after exercising. Hand wash in cold water with a soft detergent. Squeeze out and drain.

    Can I return or exchange?

    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from buyhotshapers.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

    Prior to returning or exchange item(s) purchased online, please contact our Customer Service Team during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00pm (EST), Monday to Friday on either phone or email.

    If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?

    We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard

    Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes. We use standard SSL encryption and security procedures. No one at Hot Shapers.com ever sees your credit card information nor has access to it. No credit card information is ever stored in our databases. We continually update our process and procedures base on the latest security and e-commerce best practices.

    What is your shipping policy?

    Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends or just prior to a holiday will be shipped the next business day.  On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order.

    What are the charges for shipping & handling?

    We offer to you a Fast Super Deal Shipping at $19.95 and Slow Long Wait Shipping at $9.95. Shipping charges for delivery will be added to your purchase at the time of checkout.

    How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    If you select the Fast Super Deal Shipping, please allow 3-5 Working Days to receive your order; if you chose the Slow Long Wait Shipping, please allow 2-4 Weeks to receive your product. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

    What carrier do you ship your packages through?

    All USA orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX.

    What if I need to change my shipping address?

    Should you need to alter your shipping information after your purchase has been shipped, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-0352. If your order has already shipped changes are not allowed.

    Please be aware that if a package is returned to Hot Shapers due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Hot Shapers is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

    Can I make any changes or cancellations to my order?

    Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-922-0352 so that we can help you. If your order has already shipped changes and / or cancellations are not allowed.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    By clicking on “My Account” under the “Order Status” tab you can see the status of your current order as well as the history of any past orders.

    What if I didn’t receive my tracking number?. Where is it?

    Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be able to assist you. When your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder and add cs@hotshapers.com to your safe list.

    My shipment was confirmed delivered, but I never received it.

    Please first check the Tracking Number provided to you by us to see the most current location of your package. If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

    • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
    • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
    • Contact the Carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If you are unable to locate the package, you need to file a lost/stolen packages claim. If the carrier (USPS/FEDEX) cannot locate the package, USPS/FEDEX is to blame, NOT Hot Shapers.

    Please note that while we sincerely empathize with your situation, Hot Shapers, like every other online merchant, has one thing to go by in order to 'prove' a package has been delivered: Delivery Confirmation. This is the industry standard to which we all adhere and use as a basis for confirming shipment delivery. As such, any order Confirmed Delivered by the shipping carrier is not eligible for a refund or replacement. However, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-80-922-0352, and we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion.

    Please remember that Hot Shapers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

    In case of theft, you may consider calling your local police office.

    How long does it take to receive a response from my email inquiry?

    We monitor our customer service voicemail and email during normal business hours; you should normally receive a response from us within the 24 hours. Email is a good method of contact, but of course you may call us at any time at 1-800-922-0352.

    I left a voicemail message, how long will it take for you to return my call?

    We have LIVE people available to answer your call Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We don't put any of our calls on hold for other callers, so if you call and you go to voicemail, we are on the phone with another person or have left our desk for a few minutes. Please leave us a message and we will get back to by not later than the next business day.

    If you leave a message after business hours or on the weekend, we will return your call the next business day.

    Please leave your full name and phone number, including area code and the nature of your call. Please speak slowly and clearly.

    We are closed on weekends and holidays.
